Where is my order?

• Where is my Tin Can?

  If you placed your order before October 20th, we still expect it to arrive by December 24th. Orders placed  on or after October 20th, are still scheduled to ship in February.

  For Tin Cans ordered before October 20th:

  We’re doing everything we can to get your order by the 24th. We are truly sorry that the timing is so tight! We can say confidently that your Tin Can is  built, packaged, labeled,and in the US.  Right now, we still expect your order to arrive by December 24th, but know we are cutting it close. If we miss your delivery, we will of course offer a refund. We want to make this right and hope you’ll allow us to do so.

  This was included on the website at the time of purchaser. We unfortunately can’t do anything to get your order to you sooner, as we are completely sold out, but are still very much on track to get it out by February.
• The tracking just shows “label created.” Does that mean my Tin Can is stuck?

  Don't worry, your Tin Can isn't stuck!

  If you placed your order October 19th or earlier, your Tin Can is in the country, picked up by the carrier, and on its way to you right now, even if the tracking doesn't show that.

  This most often happens because the carrier has missed scanning your package at all the touchpoints along the delivery flow.

  We know we're cutting it close, but as of right now, it's looking like those who placed their order October 19th or earlier should have their Tin Can by December 24th.
• Where is my Flashback?

  Your Flashback's order status depends on when it was ordered and what color you ordered.

  If you ordered a Static White or Static Black Flashback before November 29th, it should arrive by December 24th.

  There are a small number of people in this bucket whose Flashbacks, due to a carrier delay with UPS, may not make it until December 26th. If you're one of these people who this happens to, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right for you.

  If you ordered a Party Line Pink Flashback and didn't opt-in to swap your color (for Static White or Static Black) to get it there faster, your order will arrive in January.

  If this applies to you, we've already reached out to let you know about the option to swap but know we are so sorry we weren’t able to overcome the supply shortage for Party Line Pink faster.

  If you ordered on or after November 29th, it's still slated to arrive in January.
