Where is my Flashback?

Your Flashback's order status depends on when it was ordered and what color you ordered.

If you ordered a Static White or Static Black Flashback before November 29th, it should arrive by December 24th.

There are a small number of people in this bucket whose Flashbacks, due to a carrier delay with UPS, may not make it until December 26th. If you're one of these people who this happens to, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right for you.

If you ordered a Party Line Pink Flashback and didn't opt-in to swap your color (for Static White or Static Black) to get it there faster, your order will arrive in January.

If this applies to you, we've already reached out to let you know about the option to swap but know we are so sorry we weren’t able to overcome the supply shortage for Party Line Pink faster.

If you ordered on or after November 29th, it's still slated to arrive in January.

This was included on the website at the time of purchase. We unfortunately can’t do anything to get your order to you sooner as we are completely sold out, but are still very much on track to get it out in January.
