How do I cancel a pre-order?

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can cancel your pre-order any time before it processes. Just email support@tincan.kids, and we’ll check your order status. If it hasn’t been processed by our fulfillment team yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
