• Batch 4 Pre-Orders

  Batch 4 pre-orders (orders placed October 20–January 2) are expected to ship in February. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships
• Batch 5 Pre-Orders

  Batch 5 pre-orders (orders placed after January 2) are expected to ship in April. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. 
• Do you offer a bulk discount?

  • Buy 3–9 phones: get $10 off per phone, automatically applied at checkout
  • Buy 10+ phones: get $15 off per phone with a one-time discount code — email support@tincan.kids to receive yours
  • Bulk discounts apply only when all phones ship to the same address
  • For multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders through the website
• I am interested in ordering a Flashback Phone

  Sorry, Flashbacks are currently sold out and we don’t have an estimated restock date just yet. 
• I ordered a gift but it won't arrive in time

  If you’re hoping to gift a phone but it won’t arrive in time, we’ve got you covered. You can download and print a special “gift certificate” to include in your wrapping.
• How do I cancel a pre-order?

  You may cancel your pre-order any time before item(s) in your order have shipped. Reach out to us at support@tincan.kids and we'll cancel your pre-order for you and refund you the full amount.

   
• What is the return policy?

  We have a 30-day return policy, you don't need any particular reason to request a return: as long as it's within that 30 day period, we'll be happy to process your return/refund request. To start a return, you can contact us at support@tincan.kids.
