  • Batch 5 & 6 Pre-Orders

    Batch 5 pre-orders (orders placed after January 2) are expected to ship in April and Batch 6 pre-orders are expected to ship in June. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. 

  • Do you offer a bulk discount?
    • Buy 3–9 phones: get $10 off per phone, automatically applied at checkout
    • Buy 10+ phones: get $15 off per phone with a one-time discount code — email support@tincan.kids to receive yours
    • Bulk discounts apply only when all phones ship to the same address
    • For multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders through the website

  • I ordered a gift but it won't arrive in time

    If you’re hoping to gift a phone but it won’t arrive in time, we’ve got you covered. You can download and print a special “gift certificate” to include in your wrapping.

  • How do I cancel a pre-order?

    You may cancel your pre-order any time before item(s) in your order have shipped. Reach out to us at support@tincan.kids and we'll cancel your pre-order for you and refund you the full amount.

     

  • What is the return policy?

    We offer a 45-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If it’s not the right fit for your family, that’s okay. No special reason required — as long as it’s within 45 days, we’ll help you take care of it.
    To be eligible for a return, the Tin Can should be in the same condition you received it. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    To start a return, head to our Return Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code.
