My Wi-Fi uses 5 GHz

Tin Can doesn’t support 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Like many small single-purpose devices (such as Roombas), it connects only to 2.4 GHz networks. You’ll need to adjust your router settings to enable 2.4 GHz. If you’d like help, our technical support team is happy to troubleshoot with you at support@tincan.kids.
