What if we fall short of our goal? Do we have to pay back the discount?

We honor the original discount, even if the community falls short of the goal — no clawback, no reduced discount afterward. Clawing back a discount from families who already ordered in good faith just doesn't feel right to us, and 80% of our communities hit or greatly exceed their goal anyway. Our only ask to organizers is to set a goal that feels a little ambitious, but one you're genuinely committed to hitting.
